The Ego Edit

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure fairness for all clients and to respect my schedule, please review the following policy: × Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fee. × Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). × No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). × Failure to successfully collect payment will result in ban. × Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent prior to your scheduled service. Your appointment remains reserved for you whether or not you select “Confirm.” Failure to confirm does not cancel your appointment or release you from the cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so within the required timeframe to avoid applicable fees. Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment if there is not enough time to safely complete the service. If the appointment can no longer be accommodated, the applicable cancellation fee will still apply. A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. Please note: Intimate waxing services are currently offered for female anatomy only. All other waxing services are available for ALL clients. By booking an appointment with The Ego Edit, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me to provide the best experience for every client.
